- VAT is not included. VAT rate: 20%.
- Registration is mandatory for all participants and company representatives.
- The registration fee includes access to scientific sessions, congress bag and abstract book, entry to the exhibition area, and social activities.
- Registrations will be confirmed upon payment. Please send your payment receipt to the congress secretariat via e-mail after completing your payment.
- Serenas Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in taxes, duties, or charges that may arise.

- The meeting package includes coffee breaks on October 1 and 4, 2026, and coffee breaks and lunches on October 2 and 3, 2026.
- The 4-day meeting package applies to all participants.
- Please note that without payment of the meeting package, entry to the congress hotel will not be permitted. Payment must be completed before the congress.
- VAT of 20% will be added to the above-mentioned fees.
