Registration Desk
The registration desk will be open between 08:00 – 21:00 on October 1–4, 2026. You can collect your badge, congress bag, certificate of attendance, and meeting materials from the registration desk.
Invitation Letter
Invitation letters required to obtain institutional permissions for participation will be provided upon request by the Congress Secretariat. For institutions employing a large number of physicians, a central permission letter will be issued. These invitation letters are for permission purposes only and do not cover any registration or accommodation fees, which are the responsibility of the participants.
Cancellations
For cancellations received by June 17, 2026, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. After this date, no refunds will be made for registration cancellations. Accommodation cancellations made by June 17, 2026, will be refunded at 50%. After this date, no refunds will be issued for accommodation cancellations.
